What changed between releases

Every point where a captured flow changed. A boundary appears only because something actually moved - these are the same boundaries that decide where one page ends and the next begins.

Note that a reordering leaves pytest's declared hookspec untouched, so it cannot be found by reading hookspec.py. Only running pytest shows it.
